Preorder Dispatch
Relano’s Signet Collection is currently available for preorder.
Preorders are expected to begin dispatching from 29 July 2026. This date is an estimate and may be affected by production, freight, customs or fulfilment delays.
If there is a material delay, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Order Processing
For in-stock items, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
For preorder items, your order will be processed and dispatched once the item becomes available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping
Standard shipping: $10 AUD
Free standard shipping: Orders over $100 AUD
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 4–8 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
International standard shipping: $25 AUD
Free international shipping: Orders over $300 AUD
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–15 business days
International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@relano.com.au. We will do our best to update your order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
Relano is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at info@relano.com.au and we will assist where possible.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories included, and returned with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us at info@relano.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our products come with rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
If your return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
How to Start a Return
Email info@relano.com.au with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for return.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
We do not guarantee exchanges, as stock may be limited. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item in accordance with this policy.
Complimentary Gifts
If your order included a complimentary gift and you return the qualifying item for change of mind, the gift must also be returned unused and in original condition.
If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
