Welcome to Relano. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Products & Availability
We make every effort to display our products, colours, materials, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings or lighting.
Product details, pricing and availability may change from time to time. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, refuse or cancel orders where an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Preorders
Some Relano products may be available for preorder. If an item is a preorder, this will be stated on the product page.
Preorder dispatch dates are estimates and may be affected by production, freight, customs or fulfilment delays. If there is a material delay, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not available for immediate dispatch.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is collected at checkout using the available payment methods on our website. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Promotions & Gifts
Promotions, discount codes and gift-with-purchase offers are valid only for the period stated, while stock or allocation lasts, and may be subject to additional conditions.
Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders unless we choose to do so at our discretion.
If a complimentary gift is included with a purchase and the qualifying item is returned for change of mind, the gift must also be returned unused and in original condition. If it is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Shipping & Returns

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please ensure your order details, email address and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@relano.com.au. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
